Information about admission to Hannan Chuo Hospital for non-Japanese-speaking patients who want to challenge Topical Steroid Withdrawal and No Moisturizing Treatment (TSW/NMT).

阪南中央病院入院でのTSW/NMT入院治療の流れ

(2) We do not have interpreters. We have a translation tool called Pocketalk. It translates rather well if each sentence is short.

通訳はいません。
ポケトークという翻訳器が有ります。短い文章はかなり正確に翻訳します。

(3) We are able to accept up to two foreign patients (one male and one female) at the same time.

外国人患者は同時に2名（男性一人と女性一人）まで受入可能です。

(5) Hospital charge per month

一ヶ月の入院費用

If you have Japanese medial insurance, it is about 333,000 yen*.
日本の医療保険を持っている場合　約33万3千円*です。
If you do not have Japanese medial insurance, it is about 1,110,000 yen (37,000 per day).
日本の医療保険を持っていない場合　約111万円

(6) Please pay two months hospital charge on a yen base to the bank account before admitting our hospital. We will inform you the account.

入院前に2か月分の入院料を病院の銀行口座に円建てでお支払いください。銀行口座番号はお知らせいたします。

Please pay a commission by yourself.
手数料はご自分でお支払いください。

If you leave the hospital earlier than 60 days, we pay back the residual daily expense. If you leave the hospital for example at 50^th day, we pay back about 370,000 (about 37,000 yen/day x 10 days) yen in cash. If you need to stay more than 60 days, for example 10, 20, or 30 days, please pay 370,000, 740,000 or 1,110,000 yen, respectively, by cash or credit card before 60th admission day. Maximum admission period is 90 days.

もし60日より早く退院するなら残金を返金いたします。例えば50日目に退院されるなら約37,000円の10日分、すなわち約37万円を現金でお返しします。もし60日以上入院が必要な場合、10、20あるいは30日の場合はそれぞれ370，000円、740，000円、1，110，000円、入院60日目までに現金かクレジットカードでお支払いください。最長入院期間は90日です。

(7) The average period of hospitalization to complete TSW/NMT is about two months.

脱ステロイド・脱保湿TSW/NMT治療の平均入院期間は約2ヶ月です。

(8) Preadmission tests: Chest x-ray, ECG, and Blood and urine tests

入院前検査：胸部X線、心電図、血液と尿検査

You are not allowed to admit if you have COVID-19 virus infection and/or tuberculosis.

コロナや結核に罹患していれば入院できません。

(9) We do not treat diseases other than atopic dermatitis and steroid-withdrawal syndrome under Diagnosis Procedure Combination (DPC).

DPC制度の下ではアトピー性皮膚炎以外の疾患の治療はできない構造になっている。

(10) There are two types of rooms; one is a four bedded (shared) room and the other is a single (personal) room. If you want a single room, you have to pay extra room charge (5500 yen per day: consumption tax included). A single room has washbasin but neither toilet nor shower room. Please inform us which room you prefer.

2種類の部屋が有ります。一つは４人（共同）部屋で、もう一つは一人部屋です。
一人部屋を希望すると、追加で部屋代（1日5500円、消費税込み）を払わなければなりません。一人部屋には洗面器はありますが、トイレやシャワー室はありません。どちらの部屋を希望するかお知らせください。

(11) Meals are served three times a day (breakfast 8:00, lunch 12:00, dinner 18:00).

食事は一日3回（朝食8:00、昼食12:00、夕食18:00）出ます。

(12) There is a public park (Oizumi Green Park) near our hospital where you can do exercise. TSW/NMT patients are not allowed to use hospital rehabilitation room.

病院の近所に公立の公園（大泉緑地）がありそこで運動ができます。脱ステ患者は病院のリハビリ室を利用できません。

(13) Doctors in charge are Dr. Kenshiro Yamanaka and Dr. Kenji Sato.

担当医は山中健志郎医師と佐藤健二医師です。
